MusicaEtcetera can count on solid experiences for fifteen years of work, realized in France, where Costabile had the chance to work with directors like Heiner Müller and Theo Terzopoulos, with composers and musicians like Iannis Xenakis, Mauricio Kagel, Léo Ferré and Anouar Brahem, and to work with very prestigious institutions like the Insitut International du Théâtre de la Méditerranée presided at the Nobel Prize Rafael Alberti. It's in this period, 1990 - 93, the first collaborations with some very important institutions like the Avignon Festival, the the festivals of Patras and Carthage, Le Printemps des Comédiens de Montpellier. During the IITM, like art secretary, took part to the organization of some theatral and musical events in Tunis, Alger, Damascus, Barcelona, Split, Nicosia, Alexandria and many other cities of the Mediterrenean. After, always for French authorities, has been art director during the Garonne Festival collaborator for the del Centre Culturel de l'Aérospatial, both in Toulouse.

Contemporarily at this activity, Ciro Costabile has always been a producer and a manager. The strong relation with Naples and its musical traditions helped him to give success to some Neapolitan artists otherwise unknown outside Italy. He promoted the Lauda intorno allo Stabat by Roberto De Simone in France (Marseille and Nantes, 1991), several tours by the Nuova Compagnia di Canto Popolare (Avignon Festival and several theatres in France and Switzerland), and he also gave prestige to the almost unknown Cappella della Pietà dei Turchini (1992): it's than to his stubbornness that this ensemble came into the most important temples of the old music (Festival of Ambronay, Festival du Comminges, Arsenal of Metz, Théâtre de Caen and many others), and most of all in a record label, the OPUS 111, that has been the launching pad for the definite consecration of the group. Later on, always for hiw will to give a contribution to the Neapolitan song and make it know outside Italy, there have been several collaborations with neapolitan artists and some tours in France. In 1996, he has been the producer of the the project Le Tarantelle del Gargano, disc and concert, realized by Pino De Vittorio. It has been accepted in a good way by the press of many countries.

In 10 years as producer and manager has organized over a hundred of concerts in France, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy.
